As its name suggests, an Adjustable rate 抵押贷款 (ARM) does not have a fixed rate for the life of the loan. 而不是, there is a lower introductory 利率 that will change after a certain number of years that you set when getting the loan. ARMs have caps to place limits on when and how drastically your 利率 can change. Lenders with the same introductory rate might have different caps on the life of the loan. What fees and 关闭成本 should I expect?

Your monthly mortgage payment is made up of four components: principal, 感兴趣, 房产税, homeowner’s insurance (referred to as "PITI").
